Galeria Victoria

Description

Galeria Victoria, managed by KPM, was opened to customers in 2010. It is located at 1 Maja 64 street in Wałbrzych, at voivodship road number 367 leading to Jelenia Góra and in the vicinity of national road number 35 leading to the border crossing with the Czech Republic in Golińsk. In addition, Galeria Victoria is located close to the city center, which means very good communication with other districts of Wałbrzych. Thanks to its excellent location, it is an ideal place for shopping and resting for the residents of Wałbrzych, Świebodzice, Świdnica, Strzegom, Legnica, Jelenia Góra, Kłodzko and Kamienna Góra.

KPM was responsible for obtaining land for construction, as well as investment capital and providing financing by the bank. The director of Keen Property Management was additionally personally responsible for the implementation of the project, coordination of lease and commercialization with CBRE for Shopping Mall and Retail Park. In subsequent years, KPM dealt with the construction and opening of the IBIS STYLES Hotel with over 130 rooms, which currently operates under a franchise agreement with the Accor Hotel Group.
