Krakow – Botaniczna 4 Street

Located in Botaniczna Street in Krakow the project is very well located for Krakow’s main train station and is walking distance to Krakow’s beautiful market square. Holland Park Apartments

Keen Property Management acquired a very well-known development in 2005 known as “Holland Park Apartments” in Warsaw which was purchased from ING Real Estate. During the period of ownership Keen Property Management managed the Hotel Apartment operation and subsequently arranged to change the buildings use from Apart Hotel in to Residential in 2009. After the change of use all 64 apartments were sold by Keen Property Management in the local market.

Wielicka Street

In 2006, Keen Property Management purchased the Wielicka 43 investment located in the Warsaw Mokotów district. Keen Property Management was responsible for the turnkey delivery of ready-to-sell apartments to customers. KPM based in Warsaw, with the help of its team, sold all 41 apartments along with service outlets offered in this investment.
