GALERIA ORKANA in Lublinie
In 2006 Keen Property Management made its first Retail investment for UK Clients Marcol Group by acquiring Galeria Orkana in Lublin which was later sold to ORCO in 2008.
CARREFOUR
KPM coordinated the preparation and implementation of a supermarket project in Konstancin-Jeziorna at Warszawska 171. In 2013, a commercial and service building with a leasable area of 1 500m² with 74 parking spaces was commissioned, set on a plot of 6,500m².
In 2013-2018, the building was open to customers under the name of Piotr i Paweł, while since November 2018, a Carrefour supermarket has been operating at 171 Warszawska Street. Keen Property Management sp. z o.o. managed the indicated real estate until February 2022.
EUROSPAR
Galeria Victoria Supermarket sp. z o.o. in cooperation with Keen Property Management from March 31, 2022 to October 31, 2024 operated a store operating in the supermarket segment under the EUROSPAR name as part of its partner network. SPAR is a widely recognized chain in Poland, with more than 200 stores already operating under the brand. EUROSPAR, the largest of the supermarket formats in the SPAR organization, occupied an area of more than 1,480 sq m in Galeria Victoria, located at 64 1 Maja Street, and offered its customers a wide range of top-quality food and chemical products, as well as meeting the most important needs for industrial products.
GALERIA FORDON
Until November 07, 2024, Keen Property Management, as an entity specializing in the management of shopping centers, played the role of Leasing & Property Management and Asset Management for GALERIA FORDON, combining management advantages such as speed of decision-making with a professional approach and transparency of settlements. GALERIA FORDON is a shopping center located in the northeastern part of Bydgoszcz with direct access and excellent exposure on the year of Skarżyńskiego and Peplińska Streets. The GLA area of Galeria Fordon is 5,200 m². It is the main shopping center in the district with a diversified offer including clothing and shoe stores, drugstores, supermarket, telephone services, banking services, hairdressing services, as well as insurance and cafes.
