Keen Property Management is the manager of the ibis Styles Hotel in Wałbrzych, operating under a franchise agreement. The hotel offers its guests 130 spacious and modern rooms. The building was built in 2012 thanks to the support and diligence of the Keen Property Management team. In 2022, with the involvement of KPM, the reception and hotel restaurant were given a new face. Stylized space and unforgettable flavors of the dishes served make the stay at the Hotel more pleasant and encourage guests to stay there for longer. KPM has been supporting the investor in achieving its business goals since 2014, which contributed to obtaining the award for the Best Business Hotel in Poland. The ibis Styles hotel is very well rated by its guests, which translates into high positions in the rankings.
