Keen Property Management has a reputation for quality projects, and already has built a strong track record on the Polish market. This includes the acquisition and asset management of Galeria Victoria project in the city of Wałbrzych which comprises of 43,000m2 leasable area, Plaza Rzeszów, Hotel Ibis Styles in Wałbrzych or chain of fitness clubs called “CityFit”.

KPM is experienced in maximizing asset value by realizing the fuller potential of retail projects and has successfully expanded two shopping centers. Rzeszów Plaza located in Rzeszow has been increased by 6,000m2 of leasable area and the Galeria Victora in Wałbrzych.

KPM is also focusing on acquisitioning and developing a portfolio of primarily food anchored properties with long term leases which can be complimented with convenience shopping retail areas in towns of 50,000 population and upwards.
